Where are you based, and who do you work with?
We work online with students and professionals in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Latin America. Sessions are scheduled around your timezone.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the service. Tutoring is priced per hour, with a discount on bigger blocks. Editing and application reviews show a live estimate in the request form, based on word count, turnaround and extras. We confirm the final price with you before any work starts, and nothing is charged on the form.
Will you write my essay or sit my exam?
No. That is academic misconduct, and it can cost you your place or degree. We help you understand the material, plan and write it yourself, and improve your own draft.
What does assignment help involve?
A live session where we read your brief with you, explain what it is really asking, break it into steps, suggest how to structure your approach, and point you to the kinds of sources you need. You then write it yourself, and you can book feedback on your draft afterwards. We do not write or solve the assignment for you.
What is the difference between proofreading and a full edit?
Proofreading fixes spelling, grammar, punctuation and typos. A full edit does that and also works on clarity, flow, structure and tone. Both are applied to a draft you wrote, and the decisions about your argument and your wording stay yours.
Which referencing styles do you support?
APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago, Turabian, Vancouver, IEEE, Oxford, AMA and ASA. Tell us your style in the request form, or choose not sure and we will check your department's guide with you.
How do I share my document?
Paste a Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, iCloud or WeTransfer link into the request form, or send it later by reply. We only open documents from those services, and only once you have agreed to work with us.
What happens to the documents I share?
We only use them for your project. See our privacy page for details, including who handles your data and how to ask us to delete it.
When do I pay?
Not on the request form. A person reviews your request, confirms the price and turnaround with you, and then sends an invoice or payment link for the method you prefer. Work starts when payment arrives.
Can I ask for changes after you send my document back?
Yes. Editing and application reviews include one free follow-up pass on the same document. Ask within 7 days of delivery and tell us what you would like looked at again.
What if I am not happy, or you are late?
If we deliver more than 24 hours late, we refund the rush surcharge. If you are still not satisfied after the free revision, tell us within 7 days and a person will review the work against what we agreed and refund the fair part of the fee where it fell short. Can I get a quote for a very long document?
Yes. For documents over 60,000 words, or anything unusual, describe it in the request form and we will quote you directly.
